1. Eligibility for Returns
Products are eligible for return or replacement only in case of manufacturing defects, transit damage, or incorrect items supplied.
Custom-made or specially fabricated products are not eligible for return unless found defective.

Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team at sahil@perfect-group.co.in with order details, invoice, and evidence (photos/videos) of the issue.
Once approved, instructions for returning the product will be provided.

Returned products will undergo inspection by our quality team.
If the defect is confirmed, we will provide repair, replacement, or credit note at our discretion.
Shipping costs for approved returns will be borne by Perfect Precision.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Products damaged due to mishandling, improper use, or unauthorized modifications.
Customized or specially fabricated items without genuine defects.
For overseas shipments, customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import regulations in their respective countries.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or unforeseen international regulations.
